Course Description

START (OS Landranger Series Sheet 89 Grid Ref NY310190) in first lay-by on A66 as you head west from the Dubwath junction. Proceed west along the A66 until the Cockermouth roundabout at the junction of the A66 and A5086 (4.8 miles). Encircle the roundabout and retrace along the A66 past the start to arrive at the FINSIH (NY311198) in lay-by about 150 yards before Dubwath turn off.

HQ Description

The HQ is on the old A66 heading south towards the Pheasant Inn about 100 yards from the A66. There are no changing, toilet or shower facilities at the HQ.
