START (OS Landranger Series Sheet 85 Grid Ref xxxxxxxx) in first lay-by on B5299 as you head
out of Fletchertown. Head along B5299 until you join the A596 in Aspatria. Head west along A596
for half a mile until left turn on to B5301. Head south on B5301 until T-junction with A595 (7.8 miles).
Turn left and follow A595 back until Fletchertown turning where turn left and proceed to FINISH (13.4 miles).
The HQ is Fletchertown Village Hall.
