Fred Whitton Rehersal

This is the same circuit as the classic 'Fred Whitton Challange' with a slight detour to and from Whitehaven and a small part of the normal start & finish in Coniston missed out. Its a hard 100+ miles with 14,000 feet of climbing up roads as steep as 33% in places.
