Course Description

START (OS Landranger Series Sheet 89 Grid Ref NY049379) opposite southern end of lay-by prior to cemetery on B5300 approximately 1 mile north of Maryport. Proceed north west along B5300 until T-junction leading to Edderside (5 miles). Turn in road and T-junction and retrace along B5300 to FINISH at southern end of lay-by prior to cemetery (NY049379) (10 miles).
